  DAF Sport Shirt Emblem

  This DAF Sport Shirt Emblem is an attractive example of a tough-to find patch. These patches were worn on sports uniforms by personnel of the Deutsche Arbeitsfront, the German national labor union during the Third Reich. The front of this Bevo machine woven patch has the toothed gear and large swastika organizational emblem of the DAF, boldly executed in black on a white background. This is an issued, worn example that was carefully removed from a DAF sports shirt. The edge even still retains some of the original stitching that was used to apply this to the shirt. The reverse of this DAF Sport Shirt Emblem shows RZM label.
