2nd Model Luftwaffe Dagger by Holler

A nice example of a 2nd Model Luftwaffe Dagger. The bright blade on this one looks very good. The etched "F. W. Holler Solingen" maker mark is dark, crisp and beautifully executed. The leather buffer pad remains intact. The scabbard looks great as well. It depicts awesome details throughout, oak leaves and acorns. It remains completely dent free and throat retaining screw remains intact. The eagle has amazing detail to its head, feathers, wings and top side oak leaves and acorns. The pommel beautifully displays some gilding to the swastika. The handle has a tiny crack in the corner. The springy wire wrap remains tightly intact. The dagger has no loose parts. The set includes a porteepe.
A piece definitely worth recommending.
