Bayonet S84/98, compatible, late war.

The bayonet is marked with the code clc44, which means it was manufactured by Richard Abr. Herder, Solingen and 1944. The serial number is F4354. Well visible Waffenamt, nicely preserved original wooden covers, the lock works. The bayonet has a visible sharpening on the blade, but it is still an interesting specimen. Prefer shipping to europe.

An Army Bayonet with Frog with the scabbard on, this dagger features a 245 mm nickel-plated steel blade, with an extremely sharp edge, remaining bright and crisp, and having a very sharp tip. It retains its crossgraining, well stamped Robert Klaas, extremely fine. Black leather washer remains very supple and intact. The black synthetic grip are firmly held in place by two rivets and central pins. Accompanied by its black metal scabbard, magnetic, with frog; overall extremely fine despite showing signs of period use. Infantry Portepee fabricated from green and silver thread, the acorn in silver embroidery, the acorn measuring 100 mm x 35 mm including the stem; very nice condition.
